> If you know in advance that you are not a self motivated person who will NOT be able to fully commit to a given Fitness & Diet programs, or if you know in advance that you will NOT be consistent with your training as well as with your dieting (equally), then please save your money and do not proceed with signing-up to my programs as I will definitely NOT be able to help you out if you lack commitment.
> Please note that you'll be required to submit a 'weekly follow-up' form as per instructed in your given Fitness Program so that I'm able to track your progress on a weekly basis and apply any changes to your programs if needs be. If you were to neglect submitting your 'weekly follow-ups' on time, then I will NOT be able to help you maintain your progress as you should.
> Please note that you'll be required to have a current gym membership at any fully equipped gym facility so you're able to apply & follow your given customized Fitness Program, but if you happen to have to workout from 'Home' then you'll be required to own a few selected items of Home Gym Equipment which I will then recommend for you to get before receiving your program.
> Please note that you can still achieve amazing results while working out from 'Home' if you can't or don't want to workout at any gym facility due to the current COVID-19 situation. If you can workout at a fully equipped gym facility without putting your health at risk, that'd be great, but if there would be any health risk in doing so, then I strongly recommend for you to workout from home instead, where you can still achieve amazing results!
> Please DO NOT proceed with signing-up to any of my programs if you have any current and/or any pre-existing injuries that could or would currently impose any form of movement and/or mobility restrictions for you, unless you’ve been cleared by your Doctor that you're now able to practice any form of physical exercise without any restrictions.
> Please DO NOT proceed with signing-up to any of my programs if you have any current and/or any pre-existing medical conditions that could or would impose any form of health risk on yourself if you proceed with following any certain Fitness and/or Diet regiment, unless you’ve been cleared by your Doctor that you're now able to practice any form of physical exercise without any restrictions.
> Please note that any of my Fitness and/or Diet programs are NOT meant to cure any disease(s) or any mild or severe illnesses, but are solely meant to help improve one’s overall general health, boost one's strength & fitness levels as well as improve one's overall sense of well-being.
> Once you’re done with your online payment, please make sure to drop me an email firstname.lastname@example.org or send a text via whatsapp on +20 11 110 140 29 with your name & a brief about yourself and the goal you are trying to accomplish, in which I will then follow up by sending you 2 mandatory online questionnaires that you'll need to fill out and submit back so I can gather enough data about yourself from a Fitness & Diet prospective to use while customizing your customized programs.
> Please note that due to extremely high demand, all of my customized Fitness & Diet programs shall take me between 4 - 6 working days to create and send you via email from the date of you making your online payment.
